Ce travail a necessité plus de 2 ans de travail professionnel et meticileux ,elle est passée a Barrett elle fut vendue la vente a couvert les frais de pieces seulement .Comme comparaison on a vendu une Cuda 70 originellement sortie avec un Meo Penché mais remplacé par un crate Hemi elle fut vendue 150.000 dollars d'apres vous ou est la logique? Personnellement je me considere comme un amateur utilisateur et je trippe sur les muscles cars car cela fesait partie de mon epoque et j'avais pas les moyens de m'en offrir un neuf j'ai remis les pendules a l'heure plus tard en realisant mon reve. Cependant dans les années 60 je revais de Cobra Lambo Jag Iso Jensen etc. tout cela pour dire aux jeunes qu'il y a des beaux chars (de votre epoque)qui trainent et qui se perdent pour rien alors soyez attentifs et imaginatifs pour developper votre talent et votre passion pour les beaux chars car avant les muscles car il existaient des Maudits Beaux Chars qui aujourd'hui sont tres souvent oubliés. C'est un peu vrai ce que tu dis avec cependant une petite correction je ne me souviens pas avoir mentionné que j'aimais pas les ordis mais je vous ai souvent cassé les oreilles(les yeux) en vous mentionnant que j'etais pas trop habile avec les ordis mais ca s'ameliore avec le temps je m'en viens pas pire ha ha .Faut dire que ce Forum est le terrain ideal pour ce pratiquer sinon le meilleur.

Description The one and only 1963 Chevrolet Corvette "Rondine" Edition. Built for the 1963 Paris Auto Show by world renowned design house Pininfarina, and commissioned by Chevrolet. Features a 327cid/360hp V8 with a 4-speed and power brakes. This historically significant prototype motorcar has been stored and preserved at the Pininfarina Museum since new, and is being offered for the first, and most likely last time ever. On the well-known Chevrolet Corvette chassis, Pininfarina has realized this special coupe displaying sports characteristics. The body style is based upon the idea of maximum simplicity and functionality, and features a remarkable outline owing to the lightness of its sections. The limited use of chrome stresses sober elegance of design and harmony of the whole. The front part, designed to obtain an outstanding penetration into air, slopes forward along a smooth curve, from where the fenders originate, slightly projecting with respect to hood configuration. Centrally in the front end, an opening is provided, acting as air intake, decorated by means of a thin chrome horizontal bars grille. The fixed front double headlights provided with removable shielding built into the body, grants perfect continuity in the car front part and excellent night visibility. The front bumper, made of chromed steel with extremely thin section, consists of two especially designed elements, limiting the radiator grille at both sides. The side panel features a sharp angle originating from the radiator grille, running along the front fender, the side and finally dying into the crest of the rear fender, thus giving the car a peculiar slender appearance. The rear end features a new and interesting "swallow tail" arrangement. Rear fenders, in fact, project with respect to the car main central structure. The turnout is a broken line plan view, resulting in a remarkable lightness of tail appearance. Built in the rear fenders are the horizontal, specially designed, stoplights. The petrol filler box lid has been replaced by a quick release cap. The roof, originating from a wide double curved windshield, is quite thin and light and rests on a typical rear element, having "roll bar" shape and function. Side windows can be lowered completely. The luggage compartment is located inside and below the rear window. The car interior, habitability and comfort of the original model has remained unchanged and is made out of elastic leather. Description Most people have never seen one of these rare 1972 Mustang Sprint convertibles. Most people do not even know they exist. In fact on April 5, 1991, Ford Motor Company sent a letter out saying they had never produced these rare cars. Obviously Ford Motor Company was mistaken and they did indeed make these incredible Mustangs. 50 identical Sprint convertibles were assembled in March at the Dearborn plant. The VIN numbers for the 50-of-a-kind convertibles were sequential from 2F03F184256 to 2F03F184305. After the parade, the cars were distributed to the Washington-area Ford dealers and sold to the public for an asking sticker price of $3,272.22 or higher. A customer/dealer copy of a Special Equipment Parts List from FOMOCO dated March 3, 1972, lists 27 parts as part of the Sprint package. All the cars came with a 302 engine, automatic transmission, AM radio, deluxe sprint convertible interior, power steering and disc brakes. The red, white and blue Sprint theme is on the outside of the car with Grabber Blue rocker panels, rear valence, rear panel and front hood stripes. The interior continues this sprint theme with white highback front seats with blue inserts along with a matching rear seat. It has an automatic power top with a solid rear glass window. This edition has been restored as original. All numbers match. The original dealer invoice as well as other documentation is included with this vehicle. This very car is documented on pages 47-48 of the "Standard Catalog of Mustangs". If you are looking for a fun and rare Mustang, this 1972 Mustang Sprint convertible is worthy of your consideration.

Description The 1985 Pontiac 2-seat roadster is a very rare and unique automobile. Of the 44,028 Firebird Trans Ams built in 1985, there were less than 250 roadsters made, this one being production #103. The conversions on these cars were done by a company called Auto Forms Engineering out of Elkhart, Indiana, and were explicitly sanctioned by General Motors. They could only be ordered through Pontiac dealers and only delivered back to Pontiac dealers. Customers paid up to $14,000 for this convertible option, a considerable sum in 1985 for an option, which perhaps explains why so few of them were made. The transformations done on these cars turned what was already a visually stunning car into a truly timeless work of art. Its low, clean lines combined with the two humps on its massive rear deck will always make these cars instant head-turners and valuable pieces in anyone's collection. Records show 5 previous owners before my purchase and, all things considered, it is in pretty good shape. What I find truly remarkable is that it spent its entire life, so to speak, within a 45 mile radius of where it was originally purchased in Oswego, IL. That explains why it only has 43,000 original miles on it. As far as I can tell, it is completely stock with the exception of the exhaust pipes and a really big Kenwood stereo system. It is MP3 capable, Sirius Radio ready, HD Radio ready and has 300 watts of power driving three strategically placed speakers behind each seat. It sounds like overkill but it allows for total clarity of sound when cruising with the top down. The car has new brakes and a brand new set of BFGoodrich radial TA's mounted on American Racing centerline wheels. The steering is tight and tracks very well on the highway. The design of the black convertible top is a tribute to someone in the conversion process with vision. This top is comprised of two layers of fiberglass sandwiched together with a cloth headliner that matches the seats. This design results in a much quieter and more secure ride when driving with the top up. The car has been painted and waxes up nicely. The equipment package boasts the usual power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, tilt wheel, power windows, power mirrors, cruise control, etc. Unbelievably, there is no rust on the undercarriage. The motor is a 305cid V8 coupled to a automatic overdrive transmission. I purchased the car on August 27, 2007, in Illinois and drove it home to San Diego. It did not burn one drop of oil the entire 2,100 miles and got 24mpg. I have since had the carburetor rebuilt and a new catalytic converter installed to satisfy California emissions standards. It was smogged on September 11, 2007.

Description The real deal. Not a re-creation. Car is in the Scrambler Registry, paint scheme A, full restoration and numbers match. You are looking at one of the fastest Rambler SC/Ramblers in the Midwest. This car has run a best ET of 11.80 at 118 mph. I purchased the car from John Pfister, who owned the car for 15 years. John raced the car in the 80's and 90's in the Flowmaster NMCA series. This car has all original sheet metal, floor pans, trunk and all quarter panels and fenders. The car has just received a show quality re-paint in glossy base coat/clear coat. The original 390 engine has been completely rebuilt. This car also has a pair of AMX Superstock heads. Only 52 set were made by Crane for the 69 AMX factory Superstock racers. The heads are port-matched with roller rockers. Heads have proper Crane markings #63920X. The following are new items that were replaced during rebuild: New Comp cam with hydraulic lifters, new centerforce 3500 lb. pressure plate clutch disk and throw out bearing, new Hayes flywheel, new oil pump, new timing chain and gear, new alternator, new water pump, new starter, new Hooker headers, Mallory MSD ignition with 8,000 RPM rev limiter, Mallory Unilite distributor, Mallory high volume fuel pump with cutoff under dash, new Holley 650 cfm carb, engine balanced before assembly, new front wheel bearings inner and outer, new front disc brake pads, new 3:31 gears with Summer's Brother axels for highway use, 4:56 included in auction, new correct redline tires, wheels, beauty rings, center caps and lug nuts including spare, new 2-chamber Flowmaster exhaust with dash mounted controls for cut outs vertical gate 4-speed shifter. Have receipts for all work performed. Car has 40lbs. of oil pressure at idle, 80lbs. going down the road and runs at 170 degrees all day. Car is street driven and runs on pump gas. Car was featured at the Autorama in March at Cobo Hall in Detroit, and received a Third Place in its class. This car has been featured in several magazines. One called it "The most unique SC/Rambler in the country". These former Superstock racecars are not getting any cheaper. This car is in show condition and needs nothing. Ultralite wheels and slicks also included in sale.

Description I bought this truck from a local armored car service since the business had just been sold. The truck has the same color and graphics as the ones in service. Since it was all stock, I put in new belts hoses, exhaust system, wire harness and carburetor kit. It has a 3-speed floor shift that you have to double clutch. In all my travels to car shows, I've never seen one before and that's why I bought it. It was stored for 6 years before I bought it.

Summary Raced by "Dyno Don" Nicholson during the 1977-78 season. Fresh 13:1 351C producing in excess of 650hp. Restored to 1978 season configuration. Sold on a Bill of Sale.
Description There have been few drag racers equipped with more versatile skills as a driver and engine builder/tuner than "Dyno Don" Nicholson. He holds the record for final-round appearances in the most NHRA Eliminator categories, scoring either wins or runner-up honors in Funny Car, Pro Stock and Stock Eliminator. The Pro-Stock Mustang here today was raced by Nicholson during the 1977-78 seasons. In addition to dominating the Pro-Stock ranks in the '70's, he also enjoyed numerous match race victories. This car was built for Nicholson by Don Hardy Racecars in Texas. Jon Kaase, famous for huge horsepower race motors, was the crew chief for Don in 1978. At the end of the '78 season the car was sold to Alfred Williams, who campaigned it, sponsored by country music star Billy "Crash" Craddock. This Pro-Stock Mustang has remained on the racetrack its entire life. Throughout it has had NHRA required upgrades to compete in the various classes. These upgrades will allow it to certify for 7 second ET. This will enable the next owner to make very quick exhibition passes. The engine is a fresh 13:1 351C producing in excess of 650hp. The block has been bored .030 and has Ross Racing pistons installed. Naturally it has 4-bolt main caps. The heads are the correct and very rare version with raised exhaust ports. It is fueled by two Holley 1050 CFM Dominator carbs atop a tunnel ram intake. All this power is transferred through a Lenco 4-speed transmission to a Ford 9" rear geared 5.62. The body has been restored to its 1978 season configuration. New front, rear and side windows were installed and a new Hairy Glass front end was special ordered for the car. Hairy Glass made the original nose for Nicholson and still retains the molds. Documented racecars such as this one are the fastest growing investment cars on the market today. Add to that pedigree of this belonging to "Dyno Don" Nicholson and you have a fast, fun, and appreciating piece of automotive history. Many drag strips across the country pay generously for vintage dragsters to show up and make a few passes for the crowd.
