This beautiful 1974 Dodge Challenger Rallye!We all know that Challengers are cool cars to begin with and then we see one like this and say to ourselves- Special and Cool. Special because it is a real, broadcast sheet documented A57 Rallye Challenger. Special because it's had a couple of owners. Special because it has only has 29000 original miles on it. Special because its numbers matching engine is in place and runs as strong as the day it was born. Special because it's a real 4-speed car. Special because it's never been rusty. Special and, dare we say, Cool.With the A57 clearly on the original broadcast sheet, we know that it received the following from the factory as part that package; Performance hood, blacked out grill, faux fender vents, strobe stripes, Rallye instrument cluster, Rallye suspension, and F70-14 Wide Ovals. Cool. Add the 360 producing 245 ponies (a lot for 74) and a 4-speed trans and you've got yourself a street runner.Finished in KY5 Yellow Blaze this car has had one repaint, by the second owner about 15 years ago and it's still showing very nicely. There are no metal patches in this car that we have been able to locate. As for 70's Chrysler products, the lack of rust in this car is simply amazing.Inside you will find bucket seats, that great Rallye dash, and of course that terrific Mopar shifter on the 4 speed. Really thinking this one is a future appreciator and undervalued in the market today.
