The 1979 Dodge D150 Lil Red Express is the bold outlaw that got us hooked on sports trucks. And yes, those vertical exhaust stacks really do give this a unique high-rise, high-performance soundtrack. More than just a mean V8, the whole presentation looks great. The A727 three-speed automatic is a stout unit, and it sends the power to a 3.55 limited-slip rear end. And this a nice all-around driver thanks to power steering and power brakes with discs up front.
